How It All Began

Some of you may already know this, but prior to starting this business, I ran a beauty salon in a community centre which is very local to me. During that time, I started creating items for my wedding, keychains and other handmade items. Unfortunately, the community centre closed on 31st December 2022. It had been a mental 5 years being there and everyone is devastated to see it go. 

When I was not in the salon, I was at home looking after my teenage daughter who is autistic. This meant taking weekends and school holidays off work. I had been looking for something I can do at home since the centre would be closing, this fit the bill. Handmade items I can create at home without taking away work time. I now set myself the hours of 9-5 while still looking after my daughter while she is at home.
